FALL INSTRUCTIONAL PROGRAM
Practices
12 consecutive weeks of Wednesdays and Saturdays. We do not practice on long weekends (Labour day, Thanksgiving).
The Fall Ball Instructional program will begin on Saturday, August 23rd, 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Nutana Baseball Complex. The program will end on November 15th, 2025. There are 22 total sessions.
Saturdays: Skill Development
Sessions will focus on fundamentals in the disciplines of; fielding, outfield, pitching, and base running.
These sessions will be two hours in length from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Practices will take place at Nutana Baseball Complex until inclement weather. Once it’s too cold outside, we will move indoors to the Gordie Howe Sports Complex.
Wednesdays: Batting Practice
These sessions will take place at the Gordie Howe Sports Complex between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM. Players will be grouped by age for hour-long batting practice. These practices will focus on the offensive side of the game. Including understanding of the swing, timing, and mental approach.
