WINTER INSTRUCTIONAL PROGRAM
About
This program features 5 consecutive weeks of Wednesdays and Saturdays leading into the Christmas Break.
Wednesdays: These practices will focus on the offensive side of the game. This Includes understanding of the swing, timing and mental approach. Wednesday evening batting practices will take place at the Gordie Howe Sports Complex.
Saturdays: Skill Development – Sessions will focus on fundamentals in the disciplines of; fielding, outfield, pitching and base running. These sessions will be two hours in length. Practices will take place at Gordie Howe Sports Complex.
