Going Yard Baseball Academy — Merchandise Returns & Refunds

30-day returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your merchandise. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and have their original tags attached. Proof of purchase is required.

How to return an item
Email goingyardbaseball1@gmail.com with your order number, the item, and the reason for returning it. We’ll provide return instructions and the return address. Please contact us before shipping anything back.

Return costs
Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind or sizing returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable for these returns. There is no restocking fee.

Custom items
Personalized merchandise and made-to-order team items are final sale for change-of-mind or sizing returns.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Contact us promptly with your order details and photos. Going Yard will cover necessary return shipping and arrange a replacement or refund. This applies to custom items too.

Refunds
After receiving and inspecting an eligible return, we’ll process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your payment provider may require additional time to post it.

Lessons and programs
This policy applies to merchandise only. Lessons, camps, team fees, and academy programs follow their applicable cancellation and refund terms.
