This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Going Yard Baseball Academy (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) regarding your use of the Going Yard Baseball Academy mobile application (“App”).

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. LICENSE
   We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

2. RESTRICTIONS
   You may not modify, copy, reverse-engineer, distribute, or create derivative works from the App.

3. USER CONTENT
   Any content submitted through the App remains your property. You grant us permission to use submitted content solely for operating and improving our services.

4. PRIVACY
   Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy.

5. UPDATES
   We may provide updates or modifications to the App. These updates are subject to this Agreement.

6. TERMINATION
   We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of this Agreement.

7. DISCLAIMER
   The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
   To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the App.

9. GOVERNING LAW
   This Agreement is governed by the laws of Saskatchewan, Canada.

If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not use the App.
